"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault. The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. "This location was perfectly situated just steps from bus stops and an underground station. It had a grocery store and multiple restaurants across the street as well as restaurants in the hotel although we didnt get a chance to try any of them. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking around and relaxing, it is within walking distance to so many wonderful areas I really cant say enough how much we enjoy that area of Kensington. The employees were super helpful, they stored our luggage for us on the first day and then brought it all to the room so we didnt have to keep dealing with it, they were always available to answer questions and the employees who did the room cleaning were very friendly as well. My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and it is in my top 3 for hotels I would stay in again in London. If we want to stay in Kensington again, I would definitely look at this hotel first, depending on the rate and time of year."

"Acoustics in reception could be better. The distance between me and the person behind the desk was quite distance, coupled with the fact that it was quite echoey and there was background music. I don’t class myself as hard of hearing but was really struggling especially when staff are quietly spoken and have an accent (I’m from Italian background and good with accents). Just something for you to consider (I checked in at 10pm if that helps)"

"We only stayed 2 nights with no breakfast. The hotel is in a lovely location with the Battersea Park right in front, the old power station shopping close by and a food court just around the corner. The spa is included in the price, and it includes a pool, a wet and a dry sauna, and gym. Very comfy beds and clean room. Comfortable."
