"The best thing about this hotel is its location and its breakfast. It is right in the middle of Brighton and 5 minutes or less from the B Green Line and 10 minutes from the C Green Line. The neighborhood has some cute diners, restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast is decent, with waffles and eggwichs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and plenty of coffee and tea. The free cookies are a big hit. Housekeeping is available only on request, and the request has to be made by 12 noon. The rooms are clean but spare. The outlets are few and far between. There is a coffee maker, microwave and fridge in the room. The hotel is basic but gets the job done. In any other town, it would cost half the price. But it is in Brighton, so you get charged way more. There is parking."

"The front desk was particularly friendly. Shout out to Ari who was very warm and professional. The room was clean but we had to switch rooms because the AC was not working. "

"I stayed in the past and it was pretty good, however this time when I booked the room, it was bad. The room wasn’t as clean and the room had a musty wet odor to it. I had originally booked for a 2 night stay and ended up leaving the next morning."

"The hotel was very clean and new, the staff at the door and the valet staff were very kind and helpful! I wish that there was coffee available in the lobby past 9am. The fact they take it away at 9am was very disappointing. I also wish there was a small convenience store area because the hotel is kind of off the beaten path and there is nowhere nearby to get a snack or small items that may be needed. I was going to give this hotel a pretty good review but I had a very bad experience with booking this hotel through Expedia. When i got the hotel they told me they did not have my reservation. Eventually they figured it out and we enjoyed our stay for the most part until the day we left. We were woken up by a phone call at 7:30am telling us that our balance was over $1,000 more than i initially anticipated booking through Expedia. They tried to tell me it was because of fees and the valet fee ($55 per night) but the rates that they had FAR exceeded what i was promised through expedia. The staff continued to argue with me after i told them that i would not pay over what i agreed to on my expedia reservation. The staff then told me i could not have the key back to my room because i hadn't paid my bill yet. IT WAS 7:30AM and i was IN MY PAJAMAS. Not only was i crying I was so overwhelmed and frustrated. They assured me that they would fix it but my bill is still showing over the amount i have agreed to pay with expedia. I will not stay at the Atlas again, and not book with expedia."
