Great location for getting off and on the train and clean. We were on the first floor and it was very loud. You would hear people up and down the stairs. And if you have people staying in the room above you, you can hear everything.

The kitchen isn't fully equipped for cooking. I found some culinary utensils incl. a pan and a pot. But there wasn't any stove to cook. The shops nearby are great incl. Trader Joe's and Maruichi.

Maverick Suites is in a great location, if you do not have a vehicle. Friendly, safe neighborhood, shops and good restaurants, close to public transportation. The building is well cared for and safe. That said, the room itself is small and probably works best for a 1-2 night stay. The room was clean when we arrived, but there are no instructions on where to bring trash or how to get a clean towel (room comes with 2 bath,2 face,1 hand towel), which after multiple days was challenging.

I went to Boston for my graduation at Berklee College of Music and the location was close to everywhere I needed to be. I loved the fact that I could walk to different restaurants and the neighborhood is safe.

Need more info on how tv works

The tv didn’t work. If you have two remotes instructions on how to use them need to be provided. The lamp by the bed did not work. Nor did the outlet the lamp was plugged into. Again if there are special things needed to make them work instructions needs to be provided. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower.

Everything was better than expected. Great location, nice comfortable room, and good customer support. I had an unexpected accident in my room and they offered solutions on the phone to overcome the problem that they don't have anybody onsite.

Easy to find and access. Room was clean and tastefully decorated. Bed was comfortable. Only negative is because it’s an older building it has beautiful original wood floors that cream when you walk around. I was woken up several times thru the night from other guests walking on creaky floors.
