"Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. "

"The Majestic Transport pick-up was not easy to find once through the airport, the cost $83.60 The 'All inclusive" was not all inclusive. We were hit with a $30 per day per person or $420 island tax. The hotel room was not ocean view with balcony, we needed to upgrade as the room assigned faced the harbor cargo containers yard. There were only two restaurants which you were only able to reserve once during the week. The rest of the meals were served buffet-style in the Veranda. They were not able to accommodate my food allergies (wheat/gluten free and dairy free). There was no GF pasta, and sliced bread and muffins were only served in the morning.They did have almond milk available. The beach was very small and the pool was not cleaned often enough for the number of guests. "

"Gizelle, the property manager, was amazingly helpful. She was very patient with us running late with our arrival from the airport. She gave us a walkthrough of the property which was much appreciated and lots of recommendations for restaurants and excursions. We were also helped by next door neighbor, Robyn, with suggestions on restaurants, beaches to visit and lots of interesting history of the area. The property has an amazing number of areas to enjoy for: tanning, ocean viewing, partying, dining or just lounging. The kitchen and pool area very well equipped for your every need. It is an older property and could use a bit of updating but for the most part it is very nice. The pool area has a bit of road noise and it is a little tricky exiting on to the road. Overall it was a great stay, made even better by Gizelle and Robyn’s warmth and helpfulness!"

"We stayed at this villa recently and overall had a mixed experience. Inside, the property was very clean, well‑stocked, and comfortable. The host provided clear instructions for check‑in and was always prompt and helpful with communication, which we really appreciated. Montageau Beach is about a 20‑minute walk from the villa, and the sidewalk along the route made it an easy and enjoyable walk during the day. However, there were some downsides. We did not feel comfortable being outside the villa after dark, and the surrounding area felt less safe than expected. It’s also important to note that you will need a car or plan on using cabs for groceries and restaurants—there aren’t many options within walking distance. One of the biggest disappointments was that the listing advertised a pool, but it was not available during our stay. Additionally, while the inside was well maintained, the exterior of the villa is quite run‑down and could really use an upgrade. Overall, this property has potential and some solid positives, but a few key issues held back our experience. "

"Overall our stay was excellent. I rated five star because the host was very responsive, attentive and available. When we messaged regarding minimal issues Barbara responded and attended to the issue quickly. She was friendly, relatable and easy to talk to. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at in Nassau. I would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys comfort and nice, friendly hosts. Thanks for having us. "
