"Staff is great and made our stay worth it. Property is small and doesn’t offer many amenities compared to other resorts. Also, hate the rooms only came with a couple bottles of water, no robes or any additional accommodations. Bathroom was really small. Enjoyed my stay, but I wouldn’t come back."

"The room is nice. The staff *mainly the women workers* are very blunt and rude throughout the entire Atlantis property. At your nice dine in options, the service is PHENOMENAL! Overall great, and very expensive stay! Be prepared to spend $ every day! Min your find is 20 per person for lunch on very small portions. But it’s a vacation, so that doesn’t matter any way, right? "We stayed at this villa recently and overall had a mixed experience. Inside, the property was very clean, well‑stocked, and comfortable. The host provided clear instructions for check‑in and was always prompt and helpful with communication, which we really appreciated. Montageau Beach is about a 20‑minute walk from the villa, and the sidewalk along the route made it an easy and enjoyable walk during the day. However, there were some downsides. We did not feel comfortable being outside the villa after dark, and the surrounding area felt less safe than expected. It’s also important to note that you will need a car or plan on using cabs for groceries and restaurants—there aren’t many options within walking distance. One of the biggest disappointments was that the listing advertised a pool, but it was not available during our stay. Additionally, while the inside was well maintained, the exterior of the villa is quite run‑down and could really use an upgrade. Overall, this property has potential and some solid positives, but a few key issues held back our experience. "
