"The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious. The staff were amazing—extremely friendly and welcoming. You couldn’t walk past anyone without being greeted with a warm hello or a quick conversation, which really added to the experience. The hotel is also just a short walk to Atlantis, which was incredibly convenient. We never waited more than five minutes to get our wristbands, and the breakfast was a solid 10/10. The only minor issue we experienced was that the water pressure wasn’t always the best, but aside from that, I would highly recommend this hotel."

"The Majestic Transport pick-up was not easy to find once through the airport, the cost $83.60 The 'All inclusive" was not all inclusive. We were hit with a $30 per day per person or $420 island tax. The hotel room was not ocean view with balcony, we needed to upgrade as the room assigned faced the harbor cargo containers yard. There were only two restaurants which you were only able to reserve once during the week. The rest of the meals were served buffet-style in the Veranda. They were not able to accommodate my food allergies (wheat/gluten free and dairy free). There was no GF pasta, and sliced bread and muffins were only served in the morning.They did have almond milk available. The beach was very small and the pool was not cleaned often enough for the number of guests. "

"Completely fails to deliver for the price and set expectations. - Staff all look miserable, like you are actively making their day worse just by your presence at the resort. - Long lines for water park rides, competing with six cruise ships a day and no perks like priority lines for being a guest - "Included" water park does not include $25/day locker so you are walking cold and wet half a mile to and from the hotel - Tons of smoking in public areas, including the beach - Very few beach chairs, many broken, all empty and blocked by towels staff refuse to remove - Desalinated tap water tastes awful, no free bottled water or water filters, water is $3-4/can, soda is $5/can. - Showers rapidly run out of hot water - Mattress okay, pillows are bad with no pillow menu, no blankets (ask for many if you call, they are super thin), no bathrobes. Room service is inconsistent, only got coffee refills once. - Food is obscenely priced even by resort standards, portions are small even at the Mexican restaurant, many mistakes in orders and charges. $60 for 18-inch pizza with four drinks is the best food we had all stay (Margaritaville is pretty good too). Ice cream is $7+ a scoop. Cheapest alcohol is $12. Everything comes with a 10% VAT and 15% gratuity so add 25% to whatever you are expecting. Breakfast buffet line is out the door and down the hall."

"i can’t say enough about the staff!! they are magnificent. Every amenity is anticipated before you ask. the beach staff is on the ball every minute. the beach itself is captivating. The Beach Club has the beautiful versailles gardens that are breathtaking and the grounds ooze history of opulence. "

"We absolutely loved our quiet retreat, and enjoyed having our own pool to relax in after a day at the beach (which was a quick, 5 minute walk). It was also convenient to get to Atlantis, as well as all the restaurants & shops. A wonderful little getaway! Will be back."

"Lovely condo on Paradise Island. Accom 3-4 people , 2 bedr and 2 full bathrooms. Self contained washer/dryer. The building is well maintained and has a beautiful pool area with lounges and large umbrellas . The unit also provides a lovey balcony area to enjoy the outdoors.The condo is managed by a wonderful 2 person team who are very reliable if you have an issue. A 10 min walk to Atlantis, and a grocery store very close by as well as drug store. We walked everywhere and enjoyed dinners out. Ocean Club is approx a 15 min walk. I highly recommend this condo."
