Location is everything, and here you’ll find all that St. Augustine has to offer within short walking distance of your front door. Stroll through the quaint downtown area, where Spanish colonial buildings house charming boutiques, cozy cafes, and exquisite restaurants. Feel the gentle sea breeze as you explore the historic Castillo de San Marcos, or enjoy a leisurely boat ride along the Matanzas River, taking in the stunning views of the city’s skyline. You’ll also be just 1 block away from highways, offering quick access out to the beach or for a day trip to nearby Jacksonville. As the day winds down, find a peaceful spot on the beach to watch the sunset paint the sky with hues of orange and pink.

The Annex’s intimate interior is the perfect home base between sightseeing, designed to help you relax and unwind during your well-earned downtime. The living room quickly settles you in, where your next engaging novel waits to be read, or you can stream all your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV.

The unit is equipped with convenient amenities, including a mini fridge, a K-Cup coffee maker with coffee pods, and a microwave for your comfort and ease.

This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in the private bedroom and 1 guest in the cozy living room.

The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with soft blankets and fresh linens for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The living area offers a full size sofa bed with a smart TV as well.

The full ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/claw foot tub combo.

• This home is a sister property to Castillo de la Paz Chapel. Guests of the Annex may see other guests coming and going during your stay. Larger groups are encouraged to book the parent unit of Castillo de la Paz, providing access to the entire property.

Excellent Wheelchair Accessible Property

My boyfriend and I stayed in St. Augustine for 4 nights, and this was the perfect place for us. We were coming and going a lot, and for him to be able to do that independently in his wheelchair was so convenient. On top of that, the place is clean, comfortable and so cute. The mosaic claw foot bathtub is as pictured, beautiful and relaxing. We appreciated the mini fridge and microwave for leftovers from the great restaurants in easy walking distance. The location is fantastic and convenient and we never had any issues getting a good parking spot on the street. We would love to stay here again the next time we’re in town.
