Do not stay here
We were desperate for a hotel room last minute and this hotel was the only thing available. The AC didn’t work. They left a fan in our room. Dirty and not updated. It was the most miserable hotel sleep I have ever experienced.

Disgusting, do not stay here. Our room had mold on the walls and the carpet was so stained. We checked out asap. The only convenience was that the front desk lady was willing to help us move rooms for one night and then checkout without an argument. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. We also saw the bartender grab ice with his non gloves hand… disgusting.

OK hotel
The location is great. However to access the hotel by car is challenging. The rooms need a big reno: the carpet was filfhy, the drain for the shower was clogged, small TV and has to use 2 remote controls for the TV to work. For the price we paid, I would have expected better.

check in was easy and girl was nice room in carpet was the most disgusting I have ever seen in a hotel, ac didn't work, we asked to have it fixed, it was not. the room smelled terrible.

Best location, easy access both to the bus terminal (super easy ride to the airport) and the jetty. Super convenient location literally in the middle of the old town and on the promenade.

Hotel was very centrally located. A few steps to restaurants and waterfront. Our room was old but very clean and comfortable. Staff didn’t speak much English but we got by.

Super location. Wonderful hote!
Great location. I had a seaview room so it was incredible. Friendly staff. Restaurant food was very good. My room was above the restaurant so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeperRoom was clean but needed new carpet.

Great location but needs an update- bad breakfast
Room was pleasant but needs a bit of an upgrade. The bathroom was modern but the room not so much. The whole hotel could do with an upgrade. The location was excellent and the sea view we paid for was very nice. The breakfast included was not good. Cheap cheese snd meat and bad service

Dear Guest, thank you for your review. Room type that you have booked is a little bit smaller. For the next time, check our superior double bed rooms. Also, rooms have been renovated at the beginning of 2020. Restaurant part looks old but it is iconic restaurant with 60 year tradition. Our cleaning lady puts a lot of effort into keeping everything clean and she is happy to hear when someone notice it :) We hope that you enjoyed in Split and we are sending our best wishes!

Just visited for a log weekend. Hotel Adriana was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was in a great location. the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there next time that I am in town

Nice hotel with poor service
The room wasn’t that bad, we got what we paid for but the service was quite shocking at times. As guests of the hotel we had very unpleasant experience of being served by waitresses who clearly didn’t want to serve us. I guess people are overworked and might be unhappy with their jobs over there.

Found staff pretty rude. Receptionist and a lady bar attendant very nice. No price list for mini bar (minor) no milk for tea with breakfast, even thought they serve cereal !! One day they had run out of tea ! Lovely new bathroom but shower started to block up by day 3 going down very slowly, reported it nothing done, day 4 it was slightly worse, when you flushed the toilet water came up in the shower and in day 5 when we were leaving the shower was making noise and the tray was full of human toilet.

Lovely bedroom and view of the promenade. Great breakfast sat out by promenade. Shame no luggage space when we left as had late flight home! Had to pay Grayline to store until later.

Very terrible hotel. Limited lighting which turns off in 10 seconds in hallways to room. Bathroom did not flush and hotel management unreachable. Free breakfast is at the hotel restaurant and effectively disgusting. Room cleanliness is questionable (carpets dirty and beds stained). Only positive is the location - it’s on Split promenade right at the edge of old city so very convenient for walking and ferry access.

Really great and safe location right on the harbour - I was a solo traveller with a heavy suitcase and this location was perfect as there were no stairs to climb to. Reception staff were really nice.

For the entire three night stay, the air conditioning did not work properly despite the manager’s attempt to fix it. And the WiFi didn’t function either. Very disappointing for the price of the room!

We arrived late and there was a person waiting there to check us in. However, it took a very long time to check us in because he could not figure out how to use the copier to copy our passports. Luckily my wife had an extra copy. They do everything by hand so even the check-out process was time consuming. The breakfast that was apparently included we were told started at 7:30am. We went there and the person (not in uniform) told us that it starts at 8am. We found another option instead. The room was dated, the bed hard. The view from the room was excellent! Spilt had a festival and there were many people who slept and vomitted on the main strip near the water. However, the city had it all cleaned up before 8am it seemed. The city of Split outside of the tourist area was trash and graffiti filled. You can definitely tell there was a war recently and the country has not yet recovered fully. Hopefully our tourist dollars will help with that! Croatia is an exceptionally beautiful country!

No staff on the reception desk had to find a waiter to get our keys . Only stayed one night but was given a room with broken aircon when it was over 80 outside so had to move rooms, no imformation in rooms for TV or how to phone down to reception , paid a lot of money for a delux room which was very small and not delux in any way , a very sub standard overpriced hotel
