This is an affordable RB&B type of lodging and is not a hotel and should not be called a hotel since it is misleading. The address is very difficult to find as it is located in a side street behind the actual address provided. We had to ask a few locals to finally find the building. The room is small but very clean. The shower are also very clean. The access to the buliding and room is through pin codes which is convenient compared to keys.

It was easy to find. It was easy to check in with a code lock which is smart. About 10 min walk to the old town. Free parking outside along the entire area. Kitchenette and fridge that works well. Very affordable. Good luck.

Small apartment for a good price

Transfer stay for 2 days. Have been one week at a sailboat, wanted to explore Split before we continue north. This hotel is located well, short distance to everything (we like to walk) Very good price!

Stayed in the single bed economy room. Overall great stay. The host communicated with me before arrival and helped me coordinate transportation. The room had everything I needed. The air conditioning worked amazing!! Old town was in very reasonable walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend.

Nice sized apartment, clean and comfy with laundry and only 10 mins walk to old town. Location was a bit confusing to find as it's tucked off the really narrow awkward street and their parking is overpriced at 15 euros but I recommend you just pay for a spot to save the headache (make sure you mention that so you get the instructions on how to get in!!). Some restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy etc within a minutes walk. Would stay here again.

The staff was waiting for us, which was good. The property is newly renovated and is in excellent condition. Dining options nearby is limited. However, 10 min walk will take you to the old town, where there are so many restaurants. We would be more happier if there were tissues provided at the property.

Best location!

The villa is very close to Split’s old town and to several markets. The apartment had a stove and cooking appliances, as well as a mini fridge, very convenient. What we felt that was lacking was trash bins. Other than that, we were very well greeted by the host and the room was quite comfortable.

1. Reception was responsive and clear with self check-in instructions, including sending a photo of the private parking area (we had a rental car). Note that it cost 15 euro per day for this service, and we used this as we wanted our car safe and secure. For non-locals, finding parking in the area close to Old Town is difficult 2. Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk to/from Diocletian's Palace, the main entry to Old Town, which then leads to the harbour side 3. As it is an older building, the room space and bathroom are smaller but was sufficient for 2 guests, each travelling with a medium-sized suitcase 4. Small bar fridge to keep food/drinks cold 5. The bathroom also had a smaller sized washing machine which we used - there is a small clothesline on the outside of the window for drying clothes

The staff is friendly and easy-going. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The location of the property is nice - within walkable distance from the old town of Split and there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and restaurants within very close proximity. It is a accommodation option with a very high CP value even breakfast is not included. High recommanded!

Very basic for a 3 stars hotel, but central

The hotel is located in a quiet but central neighborhood with everything you need close by (supermarket, cafes, restaurants, etc) and it’s only 15 min walking from the old town. There’s no possibility of early check in as the reception opens at 14. You can leave your luggage there before checking in, but the reception will be empty and there is no real locked storage room. The room was very basic. The TV worked only if you logged in with your Netflix account. One window blinder was broken, so lots of light comes in in the morning. All in all ok for one night, especially considering the position, but have low expectations for a 3 stars hotel.
