"While the hotel was clean and very nice, our room did not have hot water during our three night stay. The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay. Parking in front of the hotel was convenient and available...

"They charged me twice for the room and still have not refunded me. They promised we would receive a refund and now we are back almost a week and still no refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. This is not the right way to do business. A/C didn't work properly, soap from previous guest in the soap dish in our bathroom."

"The first night we were there, our air conditioning didn’t work. They let us use a different room and had the air conditioner replaced in our room the next day. They were very accommodating! The staff were amazingly helpful!"

"Great location for Palau harbour and we could walk there easily and felt safe. Property is a little old fashioned, but clean. Breakfast was a bit basic but overall for the value for money it was ok. We were given a semi basement room which smelt musty and i asked to be moved which we were to an upper room that was much nicer, but ti is very old fashioned."

L’hôtel est vraiment de standing, très bien entretenu, avec un accès direct à la plage très appréciable. "Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication. It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."

Gino & Monica were instant family. I always felt so safe and taken care of by both of them. I had no idea how special this stay would become.
