"The superior beach bungalow was lovely and clean upon arrival. TV was not great, maintenance came out promptly and sorted the immediate problem. The TV needed updating and replacing. A problem with Internet was sorted by a lovely lady who took time to come and check everything was OK out of hours. She was excellent 👏 The facilities would have been great but were filthy. I did complain on site and in the pool but nothing was done. Really sad because the stay would have been perfect. The facilities need an urgent deep clean."

Walk in and the interior is so much better, the staff are excellent and our room was very good. This is good hotel to stay at, the only drawback being the walk up and down the hill to and from Scarborough itself, but we were very satisfied with our stay"
