"Rooms have no coffee makers. I would go down every morning and ask to have a black cup of coffee. Also Breakfast is not included adults pay $12. For our trip it served the purpose only to sleep and shower. They do have a seal bus to take you to the parks. Pickup to Universal Studios 8:45 and back is 6pm. We staying at the parks until closing and took the bus from Surfside Hotel which was across the street then walked to ours. "

"For the money and location, the place is fine. They seemed understaffed but those who were working were very friendly and helpful. There were issues with the bathroom in my room, shower head not attached fully and toilet ran constantly, but the room felt clean and the AC worked well. The layout is a bit odd and when they would lock a door randomly it made it harder to get from my area to the snack area. No restaurant on site though it advertised one. Just the breakfast bar in the morning which, while a good buffet with decent choices, was pricey for stuff normally included at other hotels. So factor that into the price when comparing. It was $16-18 depending on if you had the coupon. "

"The room is very basic if you’re staying to get the express passes then it’s fine, but there is nothing special about these rooms The pool area will not be opened if it’s too cold. There is no indoor pool so it’s unfortunate after a long day at the park not being able to go for a swim."
