"Clean room"

"I had called many many times for specific things like utensils, clogged tollet etc. I every time waited for 2 hours and called again and then finally they came to my room. "

"This was a fantastic stay; you have a mall across the street, a selection of eateries both within and outside the hotel, and a beautiful view from your room. Hind is a lovely person who served as a wonderful host, recommending sites and making our stay even more memorable!"

"Great visit. The only thing was the elevators were broken in the parking garage. So you had to carry you luggage if you selfed parked. Luckily we did not have much , only stayed one night. But if the front desk would have told us we probably would have paid $10 more for valet. Also the ice Machine on our flood was broken but we had an ice chest so did not have to make to many trips. Staff was friendly, pool was nice, room was clean and big. We enjoyed our stay overall and would stay there again. "

"Double charged for self overnight parking during check out was told by worker the $20 would be charged to room once leaving the property had to pay $20 to get out so they need to change parking garage sign to $40 for overnight self parking if that's what they charging "

"The guy that was working Valet when we left was the Greateat EVER!!! He was there when we got there and he was there when we left. He went over and beyond. He did stuff for me and my son and was just Great and Awesome!!! Nothing more i can say about him!!! It was a Great stay there and we will be going back there to stay!!!"
