"I had called Red Awning and left an extensive complaint. The wand to open and close the blinds was missing. My husband had to use his hands to do that. There were no tissues anywhere in the cabin. There were no directions anywhere for the ceiling fan. We finally figured out there was a remote left on one of the night tables for it. "Check in was super quick and the woman working at the front desk very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet. There are train tracks that run nearby and you can hear trains going by occasionally but they are quiet enough to not be a bother. We would definitely stay at the High Country Motor Lodge again."
