"This hotel is very horrible. When I checked in, I told the clerk at the front desk that I am a 70-year old man and I need a convenient room. The room assigned to me is on the fourth floor, room number is 40, which is not a regular room. In this room, the ceiling of shower area is very low, and I can’t have a shower and stand strict up, my head hitting the ceiling. … I was hurt … This room should not be put in the market for servicing guests.
