The location is perfect, making it convenient to get around and enjoy the surrounding area. The staff service was truly amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. Outstanding service, excellent location, and a beautiful property. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again."

We had an older style room but our friends had a modern decor room which makes me think they are updating rooms. The staff were wonderful and could not be more helpful. "The balcony view was superb with the lake and city view. The breakfast was also excellent with the variety of choices and it's also delicious. The hotel room is also spacious and modern with a bar inside for guest to get free drinks. Only downside is the Safran restaurant where they didn't fully honor our drink voucher given by hotel mona and pasta was also not that good there (e.g. Fusili). "
