The hotel was excellent we loved everything about it. Being able to swim in the lake was a fantastic way to cool down and we spent a lovely day relaxing in the lakeside garden area. The restaurant was excellent and we ate there every night.

The hotel is in a nice location in Beckenried with great views of the lake from the balcony. The room itself was a little dated. It would be much more pleasant to stay there during the warmer months if they had air conditioning. And the room was lacking a refrigerator which most hotels have these days. The breakfast buffet was very good and offered a nice variety of food options.

Clean room and very quiet beautiful location. However, location is 30-45 minutes outside of Lucerne and transportation is very limited and expensive. Ubers are not frequent in that location so need to reserve ahead of time and only some Ubers will come out that far. Would recommend paying more to stay in town to be accessible to shopping and restaurants. If looking for relaxing location, it is a good choice.
