This was a great place to stay. Spotless room, very helpful desk staff, and exceptional breakfast (included) in a lovely dining room. For those who have a car, parking is free. A small downside for those with arthritis in their hands: the soap is liquid in plastic bottles that are very difficult to squeeze. You might want to bring your own bar soap.

Wonderful 2 nights in Davos

The Spa and pool are fantastic. The staff and service are excellent. The classic rooms are well maintained and very enjoyable and comfortable. The breakfast is very good, though the hot food like eggs needs to be refreshed more often. Perhaps putting out lesser and more often. The receiption staff and bar staff were excellent and took time with every customer. The hotel really cares for it's customers.

Central Hotel with a great view of the valley

We spent de weekend as a family there with a toddler. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the panorama window in the restaurant area is amazing. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

Way more than I expected for the price. Beautiful hotel, clean comfortable room, best hotel gym I’ve ever encountered. Able to complete a full gym workout with equipment provided. Delicious free breakfast with many hot and cold options and decent protein options.

Great location for exploring the area and the hotel is lovely, very charming with plenty of parking. We didn't eat at the hotel as we wanted to explore the town and there is lots of places to choose from, all walkable within 5-10 minutes. Lovely hotel but we were just passing through so not enough time to fully appreciate the hotel amenities

Loved our stay at Mountain Plaza Hotel. Spacious room with balcony overlooking the mountain. Enjoyed watching all the paragliders land! Amazing breakfast with many options. Enjoyed the huge pool and spa area. 10!

Great hotel. Located downtown. Offers free bus service ticket and a discount on skipasses. Parking available both indoor and outdoor. The property is well maintained and the rooms are comfortable. The overall hotel and surroundings were quite and perfect for a good night sleep. Another plus (at least for me) is that the room’s window can be fully opened, allowing fresh air to come in.

There was no bellboy and you have to find a cart for the luggage yourself. The hotel itself is quite nice and the rooms seem to be new & very clean. Nice breakfast buffet - missing a proper coffee ( just machines there). The the rest is a very good selection of everything. Very friendly staff in the hotel. Location is kind of close to Jakobshorn bahn and center, so everything in walking distance

I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. I called the front desk and had a lovely conversation with Fabio. This was a bit of foreshadowing to my stay. I arrived from Zurich and was delighted to discover it was just a few minutes from Davosnplatz train station, surrounded by shopping, dinning and entertainment, steps away from the ski hill jacobshorn. Greeted by Lorena, and again the hospitality was amazing, another lovely conversation. Lorena always greeted me throughout the reminder of my stay, which made it feel like my home in Davos. The room itself was perfect and the amenities were completely satisfying. I enjoyed breakfast every morning with a varied selection and stunning view of the mountains. My favourite was the fully stocked gym with as much equipment as I have at my gym in Toronto. This was easily one of the best vacations of my life and it would not have been the same without mountain plaza and its staff
