Such a unique hotel built within an old perfume factory in a great location. Lots of nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance plus Metro and trams stops to get into Central Milan close by. The staff were universally helpful and seemed genuinely really happy to help you with any queries or requests for help. The hotel itself was spotless and, as you might expect, the atmosphere was infused with wonderful fragrances. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the rooftop LabSolue Bar was a great place to be wowed with some beautifully conceived cocktails that paid homage to the former perfumery.

The Principe di Savoia is simply perfection! extraordinary staff. Everyone is genuinely kind, warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. From housekeeping to the bellmen, concierge, front desk, and spa team, every single person goes above and beyond.
They truly don’t miss a beat. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of, and the level of service is exceptional without ever feeling pretentious. The spa is absolutely top-of-the-line, and the entire hotel exudes timeless elegance and luxury.
It’s rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers such an outstanding experience. The Principe di Savoia has mastered the art of hospitality.
I cannot wait to return. Truly a special place!
