My husband and I stayed here for a ski vacation in Zermatt. The staff were above and beyond in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. Breakfast and the hotel itself were great. Location of the hotel was great - it was a little off the beaten path so had a quiet location. Quick 3-5 minute walk to ...
Wonderful location. Maybe a 5-7min stroll to the gondola. Numerous restaurants, shops, nightlife right outside front door. My room faced South and was very quiet. Got a little warm, but keeping the heaters off and opening the window for a cool off worked well.
Hotel Ambassador was in a great location near the train stations, bus stop and the main "road" in Zermatt. The staff was very friendly and the property was clean and well-maintained. We had an amazing room with a view of the Matterhorn. Would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Zermatt!
The staff working the front desk was very helpful to me throughout my stay. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel had an excellent wellness spa in the basement. Great breakfast buffet as well.
The staff was incredible. Everything was easy. The location is perfect with incredible views.
