A great location in Zermatt away from the commercial area. Also a great view of the Matterhorn! Getting a room with a mountain view is definitely worth it! We had a wonderful stay and hated to leave. Breakfast was included and was excellent !

Amazing views, hotel is away from the main street and the crowds, which was exactly what we were looking for! The room on the top floor had unbeatable view of the Matterhorn. It was perfect, I felt comfortable and relaxed like at home. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast area has a beautiful view to the Matterhorn. There is also a sauna and a steam sauna available, which is nice to use, especially in this cold weather. Also the room and the hotel were very clean. The only thing that I missed was a kettle in the room for coffee and tea.

3 min walk to the Furi lift, ski shop. 4 nice restaurants within 2-5 min walk. Great hotel. Nice views of the Matterhorn. Quiet and safe. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is great too. The hotel is close to the gondola but a good 20 min walk to the town. There is a convenient bus that takes you to the town for free but only until 8pm. Zermatt is very safe and easy to walk around. We went with our parents and kids and had a great time. Hope to come back soon.
