"The hotel is very clean and Nice. Quality linen and bath towels. The staff is amazing and very welcoming, especially the bartender. They all helped us with local tips. They also have an afternoon tea and coffee service with pastries as a treat and it’s very well located. We’ll definitely be back"

"Awesome view of the Matterhorn from the balcony! Multiple room apartment, bedroom for parents and bedroom for kids was perfect! Excellent location near the train station, downtown, and restaurants."

"Perfect location from the train station, to the main street, surrounding cafés and restaurants, and most importantly, stunning view of the Matterhorn right outside of the hotel itself while you enjoy a nice cup of coffee on the front Terrace. Staff was very accommodating as I had a late check-in. It is certainly walkable from Zermatt HB station. However, I can see this walk can be challenging if you have a lot of luggage with you."
