Great place to stay

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in a perfect spot to walk to either mountain base and easily access the ski lifts. The view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was incredible.

This was a very nice hotel. It was beautifully redesigned with a very rustic and warm feel. We loved the morning breakfast spread. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the spa every day and loved the traditional Swiss dry sauna! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to Zermatt.
