"The owner of this gite lives on-site and apparently has his place of business there as well. As per numerous signs in the gite, guests are not allowed to have visitors and are instructed to confine themselves indoors or in the dismal communal barbecue area, some 70 meters away, including stairs. Sergio also checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. He also left a bottle of champagne for us which was very nice! The property was absolutely amazing and the views were incredible.
