Das Haus bietet alles, was in einem Urlaub benötigt wird. Um ins Dorfzentrum zu gelangen ist ein Auto von Vorteil..oder auch um Skifahren zu gehen, da man ansonsten eher weit laufen muss. As per numerous signs in the gite, guests are not allowed to have visitors and are instructed to confine themselves indoors or in the dismal communal barbecue area, some 70 meters away, including stairs.
