"My three adult sons and I came for a MLB spring training trip. We could not have picked a better home to stay in. 25-30 minute easy drive to Peoria Sports Complex.The home was beautiful and the pool with the Awatukee Foothills as a backdrop was amazing.Will definitely make this a repeat family adventure."

"The property itself is expansive! The rooms are dated, but clean. Food and drinks from the restaurant and bar were great. My kids loved swimming at the pool, but pool water caused a huge reaction for their eyes and skin! "

"The hotel is completely run down and outdated. There were bugs. There were a lot of undesirable people through the property who appeared to not be associated with any of the rooms. No map or directions given. A 15 min policy for a refund. Took 15 minutes to find the room and was not able to get a refund. This should not be a hotel advertised on Hotel.com "

"The house was wonderful! The kitchen had everything we could have wanted! The beds are good and bathroom very nice. The backyard is fun with lots of shade. The neighborhood is varied with million dollar homes close by but the Nextdoor neighbors homes could use some TLC. Don’t let that affect your decision to stay here- it’s a great place and a great host! A/C worked great - "

"Gorgeous home with beautiful mountain and city views. The layout is perfect for multiple guests. The master bedroom was huge! We loved watching sunsets from the rooftop patio. The pool and outdoor area were great for relaxing in the warm AZ weather. The location was private yet close to groceries (Walmart), dining, and downtown Phoenix.The home was clean and fairly well equipped for cooking and grilling, although the outdoor kitchen was dirty when we arrived. I can understand that may be hard to keep clean being outside - a heads up to the host might help. We really enjoyed this space and used it often during our stay. It was fun and comfortable. We checked in three hours early for a 50 fee, but the house was occupied when we arrived, which was surprising. I also paid extra to heat the pool for our four-night stay, but it wasn’t heated when we arrived. The host put us in touch with the owner and they fixed the issue, but we couldn’t use the pool the first day. For over 600, we expected a comfortable pool throughout our stay. We stayed in contact with the owner during our stay to help with the pool and operating the water slide. They were friendly and easy to work with. Overall, my family and friends enjoyed our stay. It is a beautiful property in a neat location, with great amenities. Great times were had and many memories made. "

"When we arrived we were greeted with flowers, sweets, and snacks - a nice touch. The backyard is very welcoming. There was a gorgeous orchid bush, a sauna which we love because we are from MN, a wonderful pool and a putting green. We swam every day and loved it. Ben and Paula were quick to respond if we had a question. If you are looking for a place close to airport and downtown, this location meets that. Yard was secure for our pets. Beds were comfortable.
