"The hotel was in a terrible state. The streets leading up to it smelled of urine. Upon entering the room, we were met with an overwhelming sense of age and neglect. There was no mini fridge or microwave, and the air was filled with a musty mildew smell. The bathroom was incredibly small, and the shower never maintained a consistent water temperature. It was the worst decision I’ve ever made. The TV was also disappointing, with no available channels. It made our trip to Arizona a sad experience."

No map or directions given. A 15 min policy for a refund. Took 15 minutes to find the room and was not able to get a refund. This should not be a hotel advertised on Hotel.com "
