"Rental was clean inside, but the deck area needs attention. There was a thick layer of pollen on all the furniture, and a dead bird in the center of the floor. It was filthy. It appeared as if the deck hadn't had attention or cleaning for a long time. It definitely was not prepared fir the rental."

"I love staying here. It is so clean and comfortable. I loved waking up in the morning and having my coffee on the front porch soaking in the beautiful natural world. It far enough away from town to enjoy the quiet but close enough to grab delicious food for meals. I’ll always stay here when visiting Eminence."

"Cabin appeared to be an older updated River Cabin, but had newer Appliances, furniture, fixtures and paint. The moth ball smell was 'overwhelming' until we aired it out. It overlooks the river, with a beautiful view. Unless you plan a little hike, you'll want to drive down to the river and fire pit. Might be a little challenging for a small vehicle. Our stay was to kayak, parked a truck at the cabin landing and had no problems. Would deffinatley recommend, plenty of room and totally enjoyed or...

"Cape Girardeau is about the halfway point for us (Wisconsin) and friends from Mississippi. This VRBO is ideally located within walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops and bars. Property is very clean, has the basics and communication with the owner was super easy. The saloon-style doors for the downstairs bathroom were a little unexpected, but we made it work. We enjoyed our stay and would recommended this property for a long weekend."

"I went there with 3 of my lifelong friends to ride Harley Davidsons through the Arcadia Valley. The Olde Homestead is a beautifully remodeled property in a great location. The house is clean & newly furnished with 3 nice bedrooms (king & 2 fulls) and 2 full bathrooms, living room, etc. 2 decks/patio and a garage let you spend time outside regardless of the weather. The area is great for sightseeing, and it was great for motorcycle riding and the property is perfectly located for both....
