Located in historic downtown Farmington, minutes away from restaurants, wineries, shops, and parks. Our newly renovated carriage house has so much to offer! Our 2+ acre yard is fenced offering privacy, a fire pit, gazebo, covered patio, outdoor seating, and large deck….the city park is located next door with a private access gate offering basketball courts, pickle ball, tennis, swing sets, pavilions and playgrounds. Come enjoy a relaxing weekend or stay a week exploring the area attractions.

This place is ideal! Extremely clean, well-organized, some lovely furniture - just a comfortable, homey place for a night or a week. Kitchen had everything you need. We loved the locale, too (both Farmington and where this is located in Farmington). These two words may not go together, but the carriage house is both cozy and spacious. We are already saying we have to come back!

Beautiful carriage house

We loved our stay in the carriage house! Check in was a breeze and we had everything we needed. Very spacious and beautifully decorated, so much attention so detail! Loved all the outdoor seating and we visited the chicken coup before we left

Beautiful stay

The house was very clean and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, etc. You could easily cook a meal in it. Location was great. Will stay again.

Perfect!

The Carriage House is charming. It was perfectly clean and was exactly what we needed! Great location and it was fun to have access to the park next door. We hope to stay again on our future visits to Farmington.

Hidden Gem

Lovely property with an excellent host. Perfect for tennis lovers as it backs up to a park with courts. The kitchen is all new and ready for those who love to cook also.

Beautiful Home

My friend and I stayed for a girl’s weekend. We enjoyed the deck and the beds were very comfortable. The downtown is very close and we went shopping and ate dinner. Everyone in Farmington is so nice and helpful! We really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely Perfect!

We were visiting family from out of state and this house was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. We will definitely book again.

Excellent place to stay!

We stayed here with our grandson. The house was beautiful, clean and set up perfectly. They thought of everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the outdoor areas as well as inside. The fire pit was a nice place to relax. The balcony was great for after dinner or breakfast. The beds were extremely comfortable and the recliners were amazing!There were sports equipment available to use that added more fun to our stay. It is a great location. We will definitely stay again.

Lovely Place and a great stay

This is a beautiful place with all the amenities (full kitchen, washer & dryer) you could possibly want for a short or long stay. We had a moment with figuring out the main bed needs to be slept at 90 degrees from the way it's set up, but after that, we were good! Mattress was very comfortable, the leather recliners were great, and everything was in place for a lovely stay. The location is close to most everything, and walking around the neighborhood was a treat to see all the restored older and historic homes in the area. Highly recommend!

Amazing location

Have rented 2 prior locations and this was the best. Clean pleasant great location and was very surprised to see soap provided as well as coffee ...and so much more. I very much liked we had 2 separate bedrooms with doors! and 2 bathrooms. I was able to wash clothes and it was quiet! Great walking location. I would have loved to have stayed a week. Bed was very comfy.

We were so fortunate to find this gem! Beautiful home and gorgeous kitchen! The house was well stocked and posted messages helped navigate what we needed to know. Central location in Farmington was great. Communicating with Lena was fantastic. She was immediately responsive. Very pleasant stay. This place is on our “return to” list for sure!!! Ann

We stayed at the Carriage House in Farmington when visiting elderly parents in a nearby community. It was less expensive than 2 hotel rooms and provided a space to enjoy family. We played board games at the large kitchen island, had a bonfire outside, and even did a little laundry. The hosts were attentive to our needs, responding promptly to our communication. Great outdoor spaces to gather but limited space inside. We enjoyed staying here and would do so again.

R&R Place

Just needed a Rest Place for a few days…it was comfortable and convenient!!! The place was all we needed to just chill!!! Only one consideration could have been for the owners not to have scheduled tree cuttings on the day after our 12 hour drive there. We did receive a coffee gift card from them after we asked for restitution!!! All in all, our visit was a pleasure!!!

Beautiful property, wonderful stay

My family stayed here while we had work done on our home. The Carriage House is gorgeous! I loved preparing meals in the magazine worthy kitchen. My toddler enjoyed running around on the deck, and taking a bath in the clawfoot tub. I was so happy to find white noise machines in the bedrooms as I always forget to pack ours and can’t sleep without them. I was even able to wash our clothes in the spacious laundry room before heading back home. I would absolutely stay here again, and will recommend to my family and friends as well!
