"Great location although the upkeep on the outside of the listing needs some desperate clean up and repair. The basics of the listing were acceptable. For example towels were thin, basic and similar to what one would expect if staying in a cheap hotel. In addition the water pressure of the shower is in desperate need of some help as it was about the speed of a babbling brook. "This was our families first time visiting Austin. This location was great, it was gated, quiet, the top floor gave us views of the city, abs lots of light in the space. We enjoyed how easy it was to get to our activities all over the city from this location. Very family friendly and clean. "
