When I rang up to book the enquire about the hotel the staff were very friendly and even though I was booking it through Expedia , Alicia ( staff ) told me to ring back so she can check it has been booked..When I rang back she did her best to get me a room on the highest floor with a great outlook. Staff on arrival were excellent and the room was all I could wish for. Great views, great location and very comfortable. We would definately recommend this hotel to friends and family..Great work.

We had a wonderful stay at Adina Southbank. Located in the Melbourne Arts Precinct and short walk to all the action on Southbank Boulevard. The staff were wonderful, the room was fantastic and amazing pool & gym.

Hotel is really clean and new and great service, on 38th floor, I just think they need to have a parking available for guest… I find it difficult to accept building so high doesn’t have parking space.

Everything was perfect about wrap Southbank, the staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean, we stayed in the studio room which was very nice and cosy, and I loved how after you check out the hotel can keep your luggage with them so you can go out without carrying big suitcases! I will definitely come back here!

The location was perfect as there is a mcDonalds directly opposite which came in handy after a late flight and checkin as room service had limited options after 9pm also a BP service station opposite for late night snacks as im a lollie fiend. Breakfast the next morning at deadmans expresso was delicious and a great recommendation from olivia at front desk as the hotel breakfast was finished/closed. Again not a big walk to the cafe even in the cold weather.

Fantastic apartment. Plenty of room and great facilities. Clean, well maintained. Close to everything, plenty of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars all close by. Walking distance to Rod Laver Arena.
