"What is unique about this property is the absolutely wonderful staff who are attentive and exceptionally good at looking after guests as well as maintaining the property in great shape. We have been fans and clients for over 30 years and will continue to stay in the friendliest. Most fun hotel in Richmond."

"The staffs are great and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. As for the location, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about — there’s a supermarket next door and tons of restaurants nearby. If I had to mention one downside, the bathtub drained very poorly, so the shower time wasn’t very pleasant. "

"The hotel shuttle arrived at the time we were told when using the courtesy at the airport. Front desk was very helpful friendly and courteous, they even got us in our room 2 hours early without any upcharge. The onssitey restaurant has a somewhat limited menu but the food was good. The room was clean and comfortable. No view but wasn't looking for one. The front desk even got us a ride to the cruise terminal at a flat rate that was less than the shuttle service. I would recommend this hotel."
