"We had a fantastic weekend. The property was imaculate with a lovely homely feel with very high end touches. It is in a great location tucked away just off the main st of tynemouth but we heard no noice what so ever and in walking distance to everything . It is dog and child friendly appart from the beautiful wooded stair where care was required with our toddler. A lot of thought has gone into this property and it shows. Thank you very much for letting us stay we all said we could live there "

"Boiler broke repeatedly, the house was freezing, we we're wearing our winter coats in the house, the main bedroom wall between the two houses isn't insulated at all and the screaming kids at 11.30pm every night sounded like they were in the room with you, the windows in the bedroom wouldn't close and was insecure, they sent a window guy to repair and we ended up with two windows which wouldn't close and the locks were broken on both. we were eventually moved to a nicer property, but never...

"Cleaning was not good enough, webs in showers and mould. Stains on sheets and the dishwasher was not working. We was forced to pay for cleaning, despite all this. Dont recommend this, we felt cheated on."
