Ground Floor:
• Kitchen & Dining Area – Open plan, fully equipped with double electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, boiling water tap, toaster, dishwasher, and all essential kitchenware. A spacious dining table seats six, ideal for family meals or gatherings.

The ground floor offers a cosy double bedroom with ensuite. The first floor offers the master bedroom with king-sized bed and vaulted ceiling, and separate bedroom with bunk beds — accommodating families with children, groups of friends, or mixed travel parties. The large contemporary bathroom with freestanding bath and rainfall shower offers a space to unwind, and afternoons can be spent basking in the sun-soaked sunroom opening out to the garden - perfect for when travelling both as a couple, or with children and pets. Outside, the secluded garden/ patio area provides a quiet spot to relax, with a BBQ and hot outdoor shower (perfect for after sea-swims), and on-street parking nearby makes arrival and departure hassle-free.
Please note there is a small pond - young children must be supervised.
