"Overall it was a great stay. Just be aware that the front window in your room faces the walkway so that might bother some people. Otherwise room was updated and clean, the pool was nice and there was a resort fee but you could use half of it for food and drinks."

"Overall the stay was comfortable. Pool was well maintained, staff friendly. Just be mindful that it is set up like an apartment complex, so you will need to walk to main building for breakfast or to see staff. Kitchen was great. It is an older complex so no elevator. "

"My reservation was canceled by the hotel the day of my stay. I’ve stayed numerous times at this location. Most recently, I was critical of the cleanliness of the pool area, equipment not working properly, and poor customer service. After my review, I was told that the hotel could not meet my expectations and they would no longer accept my reservations. It would have been easier to simply: 1. Clean pool 2. Repair hot tub 3. Repair BOTH ice machines 4. Clean trash from common areas and parking lot 5. Actually SPEAK to me about my concerns. I sent a letter to the owner and apparently they do no want constructive criticism. I asked twice to speak to manager and no one called me back. This owner and manager should be ashamed. I plan to write them again and voice my concerns on Every Rating and travel platform. I’ll be reaching out to Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce as well. It’s a shame. This was once a regal and great place to stay. "

"The room has very little lighting, extremely dark, except through the windows at night - making it look like daytime while trying to sleep. Went to the firepit and it didn’t work."
