"Overall a really nice place to stay. Room was nice and clean. My only knock is that the service around the main pool area could be much better. Alex was great. Other servers at the pool were attitudinal. Zuzu has great food."

"Room needed repair. Fan in bathroom was loose and see and made noise C when on. Rug was unraveling. Cabinet covering material coming loose. The breakfast the first morning apples had soft spots all over them. Second morning, the pastry seemed to be the leftovers from the day before. And the oranges had brown spots and were hard and there was no yogurt like the morning before. We ended up going down the road to get breakfast for the children. The day we checked in the motel room we had the refrigerator was broken, and the bathroom light flicked off on. The lady who was the desk clerk, was very gracious and immediately got us a different room, which I thought was very courteous. Don’t think that we will go there again."

"Cool vibe, nice pool. We were in an odd room off main hotel that seemed like an outbuilding made into a room, but very quiet and private. Never got to go to Hai Noon, wish they had more hours open."

"We checked in on Mother’s Day, the restaurant/bar closed two hours prior to check-in but the staff were very accommodating. Our room was very clean. The pool was refreshing and nice to sit by. The lake is not for swimming, but it is good for looking at and you can putt around on a pedal boat, kayak or canoe so that was a plus! They also have free bicycle rentals so you can explore around the property. They have fishing tackle you can use which we didn’t but while we were paddling around on the boat, we were able to witness multiple fish jump. It was a very nice day and a wonderful Mother’s Day,"

"We loved our stay here! Beautiful pool area! Full hot breakfast buffet with lots of options. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was older but bed was good and everything well maintained. Highly recommend!"

"WIFI access was not good at all, could not receive or make calls from our cell phones in the room-had to go outside. Otherwise was a very nice/quiet resort. "

"These has been so far the worst stay on that hotel. The check-in was an accurate no many help from the staff to check in, we got into the room, everything was pretty dirty. Nasty disgusting. There were no towels except one hand towel , they took forever to bring more towels, it was so much chaotic situation trying to get a hold of somebody. Nobody can talk on the phone, you only have to text and figure out things by yourself, no phone in the room to call anyone, pretty much a nightmare that failed that I was on a twilight zone Hotel. For being on Scottsdale, I would have think of something a little better than what it was, too much noise, kids, jumping up on my roof on the next floor up The cleaning is on the place was the worst for the price of the room, I don’t not recommend at all display to anybody Nobody deserves to go through what I went through there I have staying so many different hotels in my life, so far this is one of the worst Do not stay there if you really don’t want to struggle with no proper customer service, and dirtiness all over the place, the couch was pretty stained, dirty everywhere, full of cobwebs. The worst of all"
