"They advertise that its a hotel, but its not its a Motel and it was not cleaned. I went through and wiped the counters, door handles and toilet seat it was disgusting, like they haven't cleaned up after the previous person. The bed was very comfortable, so I'll give them that and the location is great, but I will not be coming back here."

"I was looking to stay in a place that was easy, comfortable and clean for a quick 2 day trip and I found exactly that here. I loved my stay I didn't have to call the front desk once! Everything was just perfect."

"These has been so far the worst stay on that hotel. The check-in was an accurate no many help from the staff to check in, we got into the room, everything was pretty dirty. Nasty disgusting. There were no towels except one hand towel , they took forever to bring more towels, it was so much chaotic situation trying to get a hold of somebody. Nobody can talk on the phone, you only have to text and figure out things by yourself, no phone in the room to call anyone, pretty much a nightmare that failed that I was on a twilight zone Hotel. For being on Scottsdale, I would have think of something a little better than what it was, too much noise, kids, jumping up on my roof on the next floor up The cleaning is on the place was the worst for the price of the room, I don’t not recommend at all display to anybody Nobody deserves to go through what I went through there I have staying so many different hotels in my life, so far this is one of the worst Do not stay there if you really don’t want to struggle with no proper customer service, and dirtiness all over the place, the couch was pretty stained, dirty everywhere, full of cobwebs. The worst of all"

"This resort gives luxury and grand! I fell in love with this resort the moment I arrived with my husband. The rooms were clean and updated. The vibe was amazing. The customer service was top tier. Perfect for families or couples "

"Nice clean up. Updated room comfortable beds. Television system wasn’t great. Too much program me required. I’d have your own signing services. Unfortunately, each night got woke up with cigarettes smoke, which I don’t know who’s coming from the stairway or stairwells or something. That was horrible and the air conditioner did not work very well. It kept on turning itself off. Also didn’t like having to pay for parking that was outdoors and unsecured. Overall a good value for the money. Hopefully next time the restaurant will be open so we could try to."

"Great place to take the kids and a great getaway. Place is nice and so much to do. We had a great time and we will be returning to celebrate my Son 5th birthday. Room was clean upon arrival Staff was great and pools were awesome and the shows for the kids was great as well. Recommend this place if you have kids."
