"Wonderful place to say"

"The pictures are misleading for this hotel. Actually, it's more like a Motel 6 than a "Resort." The rundown condition of the hotel (peeling wallpaper, exposed lightbulbs, broken furniture, stained chairs, clogged pipes, poor air-conditioning etc) leaves a lot to be desired. The walls are thin, bed frame are plywood - the list goes on and on. I will not be staying here again and wouldn't really recommend it. Our bathroom had a constant sewage smell, and it is VERY SMALL - as in you cannot even undress/dress in it with the door closed. You can barely even turn around. The towel rack was broken off, the exhaust fan was covered in lint and it has one of those super low toilets. I am not sure this place is better than a $69/night Motel 6 or some other budget motel. Really disappointed."

"Room and beds good enough a little bit old of a property so it wasn’t as fresh and new but it was fine "

"Lovely lobby and common areas. Rooms are great and appreciated the ADA room we booked. Only downside is noise at night. The clubs are all night. I would stay again for location and cleanliness but bring better ear plugs. "

"Two pools on property were nice. Room and overall property clean and well maintained. Plenty of on-site parking. Nice full breakfast buffet, with omelette station. Great location within walking distance to Oldtown Scottsdale."
