"el personal de comedor son fabulosos, y del checkin muy amables, el hotel es básico y un poco sucio (encontré como 5 cucarachas) sin embargo, es el standard en mcallen por ese precio"

"When I reserved for this room I expected to get the room I reserved. Instead when I entered the room that was assigned to me was not with partial ocean view. I went to let the staff know and they were giving me a hard time to change my room for what I had paid. Once they finally gave me the room I expected, I entered the room but the AC was not working so, again I had to go notify the staff ( it was fixed). After retyrning to my room from my day out the key to the room was not working to open the door, I again had to go to the front desk to get another key. I had to contact room service because the showere curtain was removed and not replaced. The bed I had was stained as well as pillow case. I expected better as this hotel is supposed to be "a 5 star hotel". I will not reserve there again."

"What a great place to stay. It has everything you need. The owner is very nice and quick to reply with questions. The place is very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again."

"TV in living room did not work. Host said the Property Mgmt was responsible, and he would ask for maintenance to adress the problem. None came and the TV was inoperable for our entire stay. No lightbulb in bedside lamp. Otherwise, stay was very enjoyable."
