Relax In Our Luxurious Contemporary Beach Condo next to Clayton's Bar and Grill

This 3 bedrooms / 2 bath unit located at the Tiki Condominiums, is the ideal vacation getaway! It's perfect for family and friends to enjoy. This condo is close to the pool area as well as a few steps away from south padre’s white sandy beach.

Enjoy the gulf breeze from the over-sized balcony facing the 2nd pool (unit is not directly on the ocean), lounge at one of Tiki's two heated pools, stroll through the tropical grounds in one of south padre island's most popular beachfront resorts or use our property grills to make some barbecue ribs & fajitas.

Prepare your favorite meals in a tastefully updated, fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and contemporary cabinets including oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, stove, blender, coffee maker and utensils. Sheets & bath towels are provided.

Entertain, cheer on your home team or catch up on your favorite movies in the spacious living area outfitted with comfortable furnishings, cable, DVD player and free Wifi.

Rest in the comfort of our Temper-pedic beds, soft pillows and 600 thread Egyptian linen. The first guest room called the 'Sea Breeze Room' has 1 queen size bed. The second guest room the 'Beach Room' has a bunk bed that sleeps 3 people and one twin bed. The 'Lavender Room' is a master bedroom that has a king bed. The full beach condo has just been renovated! In addition, the living room sleeper is a full fold-out bed. There's a full inflatable bed available for groups of more than 8 people (see additional guest fee). Wash away the sand in our 2 stylish, accessible walk-in tile showers, one in the master & the other in the hall that is close to the other two rooms. This condo also comes with a washer and dryer (detergent not provided).

Bring your beloved pet (small/medium size only) for an additional fee and begin your dream vacation at the Tiki.

Rest assured, we disinfect the condo before our guests check in to offer a clean and healthy atmosphere.

We Stayed here last weekend with bridal party, for my wedding. It was comfortable space for friends and family to gather. Loved the outdoor patio seating, proximity to beach and walkable restaurants, and quiet feel of property. Would definitely return

Annaul Family Trip

Great stay at a great property! This property is great whether you stay here in the heat off summer or dead of winter! An easy short walk to the beach and a nice pool (heated in the cold months). The condo is showing its age a little, but it is purely cosmetic. Comminicatjon with the owner is always quici and easy. We have stayed here many times over the years and always look forward to our next trip.

A great place to stay in SPI! The condo was very clean and spacious! The pictures don’t do justice b/c it’s way bigger when you walk in. It was super close to the beach with a nice bbq area and pool area. Will definitely be returning when back in SPI!

It's a good size condo nice all around plenty of space.All rooms are good size a/c works great the only downside is the bedroom televisions don't seem to work at all the tv controls are useless.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay at the Tiki hut. The decor was nice, the kids loved their room a bed for each one of them. The condo is nice and roomy. I would rent again.

Great Location!

Nice stay overall! Amazing Location! Large place (we had 7 of us comfortably). The heated pool in winter months was a plus. I really enjoyed walking the nearby Laguna Madre trail in the mornings while the kids slept. Good communication from the owner. Only negative was the dishwasher was broke. I thought the owner was going to comp. me some of the money because of the broken dishwasher but she didn't (maybe I misunderstood her). I would recommend this place though.

Great time!

Owner is extremely easy to communicate with. The condo was comfortable and very accommodating. Downside would be that there's only the view of the parking lot. Resort is stingy with their parking spots so 2nd car had to park on the other side of the office. streetstreet.

Decent beach side property

We enjoyed our stay, were pleasantly surprised with the size of everything. Pros: Lots of areas to sleep Furnished- didn't have to bring a lot of basics ourselves Long porch Plenty of sitting space for large group Walkable to beach Close to bars and other kitchey areas Pool and common areas very well maintained Cons: Only 2 parking passes for a large group, just be aware (it's listed so nothing misleading just something to note Be aware you need to empty the dehumidifier to maintain comfortable temperatures in the place- my friends were great at staying on top but just something to be aware of with beach side properties There's a pipe that empties into one of the showers which is weird and something to be aware of

The annual 3 Lisa’s trip

This condo could not have been more perfect!!! Location is superb!!! The other tenants in the complex were great! Made quite a few friends. All of our needs were met and then some. The beds were sooo comfortable, the balcony was our favorite coffee and meal spot. We ended every night with a cocktail out there. We will definitely be back, though we generally switch it up each year. Thank you for sharing your property, we made many memories!

Big family beach vacation

Check in was very easy, in and out about 5 mins! We are from Wichita Kansas and with an almost 2 year old we drove all night to try and make it easier on him and us. We arrived about noon and was given access to a restroom so the kids could get into swimsuits while we waiting for our room to be ready. The condo is much bigger than what pictures show. Also looks much better in person. Might want to hire a professional photographer as it would definitely show better online. Kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you could think of as well as the rest of the condo. The kids loved the beach toys and game console. There’s only a couple things I’d want to bring to your attention. 1. There is no interior front door handle so opening the door specially when it’s humid and the door frame swells is a pain in the butt. Took us about 10 mins on morning to leave. 2. In the spare bathroom shower there’s a pipe from the ceiling that drips into the shower. Looks like it might be a condensation from the HVAC. Looks tacky and splashed water onto the floor making it slippery. All in all spacious condo with everything you would need to a family vacation!

Easy walk to the beach!

We celebrated my 50th Birthday with our adult kids and a few of their friends. We had plenty of space and never ran out of hot water for showers. However, we were only provided with 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, 1 towel per person, and 1 roll of paper towels. Luckily, we brought beach towels of our own and our own toilet paper. But we still ran out and had to go buy more. For 8 people staying 5 days, I would suggest providing at least 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and a few more rolls of paper towels in the kitchen. We also brought several of our own trash bags, too. The place definitely has some signs of wear and tear - couch in living room was pretty stained (but that's expected near a sandy beach), the bed in the queen room is really scratched up, and there were a few holes in the walls. But the place was cute, spacious, comfortable, and the AC worked well. A doorknob on the front door would have been helpful when we were unloading the car but with just a handle, there had to be someone staying inside to lock it behind us or the door wouldn't stay closed. Or, we always had to lock it with the one key provided and place it in the lockbox. This wasn't a big issue, just a bit inconvenient at times. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the beds comfortable. It was nice to have a washer/dryer inside the condo to wash our towels. And we loved the beach access right up the street.
