ATTN WINTER TEXANS!!BEACHFRONT COMPLEX- 1st FLOOR & FULLY RENOVATED!

  • SPI City Tax is no longer charged with the reservation payment due to the change made by Texas State effective April 1, 2019. This first floor, one bedroom condo sleeps 1-4 or 5 people comfortably with a King size bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper couch in the living room. The bath has handicap bars in the shower and has been recently remodeled and updated. The condo is equipped with blender, crock pot, chopper, coffee pot, microwave, WiFi, 2 TV’s, cable with 6 HBO and 4 ESPN channels, linens and bath towels. A guest laundry facility is provided on the property. I also provide a wagon to carry your things to the beach, an ice chest, umbrella, two lawn chairs and sand toys for the children at no extra charge. All you need to bring with you is swimwear, beach towels and food to have a wonderful time in the beautiful waters of South Padre Island. THERE REALLY IS A PARADISE IN TEXAS!
    This property is registered with the City of SPI permit no. 2015-969121. *We have 2 exterior cameras, one overlooking the front door and one at the patio door which records video and audio.

This condo is refinished beautifully. It's furnished with everything you could ask for in the kitchen and bath. There's a great private patio accessible from the living room and the bedroom. The beach wagon and chairs made getting to the beach simple. Our host was always available and responded very quickly. In addition, we loved the island in general and The Tiki complex for its beauty immaculate upkeep. The activities for winter Texans were an added plus.

5 stars for this cute little condo! Great job to the Villarreal family for putting together a perfect retreat for a solo traveler like me (though I could see a couple staying here too.) The place is clean, aesthetic and organized and has everything you could want to enjoy your time at the beach. I worked remotely and enjoyed some free time on the beach and loved that the kitchen had everything I needed to cook, the beach essentials are neatly organized in the closet, the bathroom was remodeled and cute and had towels and other accessories. The dehumidifier really helps keep the condo dry as well, so I never felt moist after my shower or when I’d come back from the beach. My dog was nice and cozy here too! Once I got the WiFi going, I had no issues working remotely throughout the day. The location is spectacular as you are just 1-2 short blocks from the beach entrance, right across from the nature birding center and just up the road are the dunes and adventure park. The strip is right beneath you on the main drag, where you have all the restaurants and shops you could want. 10/10Would stay here again and, especially happy with Irma’s prompt communication and support at any time I needed it! Thanks again!

Wonderful place to stay!

Perfect location near the beach!

The property was in pristine condition! All amenities one would need! The location was great with a short walk to the beach. The grounds were very well kept and felt like a resort with all of the lush vegetation. I would stay here again and again.

Great SPI Rental!

Had an amazing stay at a VRBO rental! The booking was easy, and the host was responsive and welcoming. The property was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for our needs. Highly recommend for a hassle-free vacation!

Sweet & cozy spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 days/nights at this sweet little chalet! Perfect for the 2 of us! We liked that it was further north on the island away from some of the commercial traffic. It was close to the beach & really within short driving distance to most anything we wanted. If we needed help with anything, it was readily available. Very comfortable, very homey, nicely decorated & very clean! Highly recommend!

Great Condo

This condo is great. It's clean and very nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The Tiki is a great place to stay with two very nice pools and great beach access. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to someone looking for a nice one bedroom unit. The owner is great and responds very quickly. The description of this property on the VRBO website is accurate and the unit looks just like the pictures.

Best Stay on SPI!

The ratings don't lie! We absolutely loved this unit. Stayed was with my husband and little dog and it was so great, I didn't want to leave! It's away from the hustle and bustle of the island, but still near things that are walkable and things were easy to get to. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond when we had questions. Place is very clean, noise wasn't bad at all except for fireworks on the weekend from Clayton's, the unit had everything we needed to cook. Would def recommend!

Very Relaxing Vacay

Our Condo was great and just the right size for us. The bed was so comfy you didn't want to get up. The condo was very clean and the kitchen had everything you would need for cooking meals. The location was great. The walk to the beach wasn't to bad, our dog loved walking to the beach on his morning walk. The only thing that put a damper on our stay was it rained everyday!!!!
