"We had a fantastic stay in Nice! The location was absolutely perfect—right in the middle of everything and within easy reach of restaurants, shops, attractions, and everything we wanted to experience in the city. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They truly went out of their way to accommodate our needs and make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality and attention to detail made us feel genuinely welcomed. Between the amazing location and the outstanding service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Nice and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!"

"We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel Ligo in Marseille! We booked two apartments as we were traveling with my parents, and they were incredibly comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, everything was functional and made traveling as a family so easy. What really stood out, was all the thoughtful touches and the warmth of the staff. From the lovely handwritten welcome note and gift waiting for us upon arrival, to the fresh and varied breakfast, everything made us feel genuinely welcomed. We also loved the afternoon snack bar, and a very special mention has to go to Zakaria, who was absolutely wonderful. He has such a warm and engaging personality and makes an effort to connect with every guest, adults and children alike. His friendliness and genuine hospitality added something very special to our stay. Our only regret is that we stayed for just one night! We highly recommend this hotel."

"The location is good and the parking at the back of the hotel is convenient and easy to access. However, the room was quite small and the cleanliness could be improved. We noticed some stains on the towels, which was disappointing. Overall, the location is convenient, but the room condition did not fully meet expectations."

"Amazing hotel in an incredible location (Promenade Anglais, directly in front of the water) with reasonable rates. We stayed in a room that had a garden view and partial water view, which was well worth it. The interior was clean, modern, and spacious (for Europe) with great AC. The best part, however, are the staff. Dorothee in particular offers outstanding local recommendations for bars, beaches, and restaurants. She is the best! Adrian is also very kind and helpful—he will call local places for you if your French is rudimentary. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next visit!"

"A generally well kept boutique hotel that does the basics well. Room was spacious and clean. We were happy with the location as it was only about a 10 minute walk to the beach promenade and close to transportation and restaurants while still feeling like we were away from tourist crowd. Air con works very well while breakfast was ok but overpriced. You don't really have much to do with staff. Would stay here again."

"Central location, big modern hotel. A staff member explicitly told us the pool closed at 1030 and when I brought my kid to swim we were told quite rudely that the pool closed at 6. The rooftop becomes a bar and restaurant after 6 and that is open until 1030. Just miscommunications but not handled with warmth or apologetically. Meanwhile, the sea was too rough to swim in (so it was not a substitute for the pool at that moment) and the rude staff in fact denied that the red flag meant that the lifeguards deemed it unsafe to swim. It was so bizarre and I felt like the focus of this hotel was not guests but perhaps the bar clientele? Sad because I wanted to love it."
