The view was incredible and the space was amazing. The breakfast was so delicious. It would have been nice to have some fresher fruit options, but everything else was so delicious that I was not all that bothered. I felt very safe in the area and enjoyed my time so much.

Great hotel, fantastic location, just steps away from the Old Port. Well-run with friendly staff. Excellent deal for the price. Rooms are larger than expected. Lots of great restaurants nearby.

Everything was great but some bad odors were lingering in the bathroom, especially in the sink which was really repulsive. Loved the staff, the location and the place itself. Would go back again for sure!

The hotel is very well positioned, just one street back from Vieux Port, but without the bustle. Just about every place of interest (including the station) is within walking distance through fascinating and varied streets; smart ones with high-end shops; residential ones close by with high, shuttered windows and yet more with people and cuisines from all around the Mediterranean. The staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms clean and spacious and I heard no noise from other residents. I'd recommend staying there.

I didn't knew there was balcony room ! I'll ask for next time. Either I didn't take breakfast, so I can't say. But it was very quiet (even close to the elevator). I must say that each day, there was a very friendly welcome once a the desk. Good place too.

The location was awesome! A 1-2 minute walk to Vieux Port! We had a little kitchenette, which was nice. Comfortable beds, decent shower. No frills, but no complaints! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Noise from within the hotel was almost imperceptible but insulation from street noise could be better. The location suited me very well. As a 1st time visitor to Marseille, access to museums, the quayside at Vieux Port but as a city centre location there is a price to be paid in traffic noise and the street outside is something of a bottle neck. Local drivers hang on the horn a lot, even late into the night. Distant sirens don't disturb me but even on the fifth floor the traffic seemed to be right outside the window. I'm a good sleeper but I could imagine this being a problem for some.

Great location, clean and basics…to my humble opinion, it’s more an apartment than hotel. Please be aware that there is a limited reception support. You will receive communications from hotel in French and so if you don’t speak French, please use the AI translation to follow instructions to get inside if you arrive late night… could be confusing at first… otherwise it’s fine.

Fantastically convenient location - two minutes walk from everything. The Old Port, the tour boats and buses, the Metro, Starbucks, the big shopping mall, restaurants galore.

Good location, central but set back 1 street from the old port. Very easy access to the metro, tramway, and buses. Room was nice, had a fridge, microwave and cooker if you wanted to use them. AC didnt appear to be working however, and the bathroom was a bit dated. The hotel was undergoing renovations specifically for the bathrooms at the time though, so they may be refreshed in future. Would stay again.

A good choice for budget travellers

I feel difficult to select a hotel in Vieux Port that is within my budget. This hotel is at an excellent location and the condition is acceptable. I live on 4th floor having lift. My room is large with kitchen. Besides kitchen and sofa, other things in my room is clean and tidy. No daily cleaning service, hence remember to keep your room tidy up.
