"Staff was The overall experience was extremely disappointing. Many basic elements in the room were not functioning properly—the shower did not drain, the toilet handle was falling off, and other fixtures appeared poorly maintained. In addition, the key cards repeatedly failed, requiring multiple trips to the front desk just to access the room. Unfortunately, the staff showed little urgency in resolving these issues, and the service felt indifferent and unhelpful. When attempting to address these concerns, the manager’s response came across as abrasive and dismissive rather than solution-oriented."

"The room was not maintained and was not cleaned, the floor felt very sticky and when I tried to wipe it off I saw it was very dirty like it was not mopped for quite sometime. The shower was dirty too I had to clean it before my family can use it, however, the hotel location was in a very nice spot because it was just a walking distance to McDonalds and other restaurants. The hotel also had a strip of stores across it. Airport shuttle was well coordinated. We did not try the outdoor pool since it was so busy during our stay. Pool is small. The staff was attentive. "

"Stayed at the hotel for a night prior to cruise. Waited in the airport more than one hour for the shuttle and never came. After all the long wait we decided to take a cab to the hotel. The room was ok, clean but outdated. Reception area and the lobby don’t look attractive. Not a good first impression. Breakfast very limited and nothing special. One night was ok, but wouldn’t return or recommend. The only good thing is the location, close to Port Everglades. "
