"The aircon works well, bed is comfortable and is in a good location. The ferry trip over was not mentioned in the booking. There are extremely limited food options. Being self sufficient is required as limited cafe hours and no nearby food options. The location is worth it though. "

Issues - Hair on toilet floor (gross), rat & cockroach stations (a turn off), grass long (well overdue for maintenance), noisy building going on from 7am to 4pm daily (hardly contributing to any holiday vibes). "
