Called the reception during the day & they tested me all the after hours check in details. we had a one room cabin with a covered outdoor area. Very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Cooked dinner one night & stove top worked well. Convenient location - you can walk to the surf & to the restaurants. Have stayed before & would stay again"

"We had friends in campsite (2mins walk) so location was perfect. Place clean & beach pad style (basic but had what you need) & the agent team very helpful the day we accidentally locked ourselves out."

"The property is central to various eating establishments, including the bowling club, Illawong Pub, a bakery and coffee shop, walking distance to IGA and SPAR, gift shop etc. easy walk to the beach and another coffee shop. Had friends staying at the caravan park that is beside the bowling club, so easy to visit with them. Good sized fridge, microwave and toaster. On-site washing machine and clothes line. Air conditioning in lounge/ breakfast area and main bedroom. Second bedroom had comfortable queen bed, overhead fan, but otherwise very spartan. "

"Had issues with checkin with the property manager at Elders who said if I wanted less issues next time book direct with Elders instead of Wotif. She didn’t even get up from her desk at the back to talk to me. There was no linen, no towels included and she gave me one roll of toilet paper and one small soap in total for 5 people for 3 bathrooms. Cleaner came back and recleaned as there was sand still on the floors and crumbs on the table. The cleaner was very helpful and kind. She gave wonderful service and helped me get sheets and towels from a local laundromat. "
