"My room was clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast had a good selection of food, as well as the option to order scrambled or poached eggs or an omelette. The location was great - right in the Three Cities, about a 5-minute walk to the waterfront and the ferry to Veletta, and a 10-minute walk to the stop for sight seeing buses. Many restaurants nearby as well. Note - the property doesn't have parking and doesn't have a 24/7 shuttle as advertised on Travelocity. It also has a lot of stairs, both to get to the front entrance and then to your room. Please make sure to only advertise what the hotel puts on their own website."

"On arrival, everything went smoothly. Front desk was very helpful and let us store our luggage as we were early. Unfortunately, the A/C and TV were not working and there was no fridge/mini bar as advertised. The front desk staff really was not helpful in resolving any of these issues. On a positive note, the bed was super comfortable and the location was great."
