Find a Great Motel Valletta

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. We were initially assigned a different room than the one we booked, so we immediately requested a change. Michael worked hard to switch us and managed to get us a room with a window. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was good. The staff were especially friendly. "I liked the location, breakfasts, and helpful staff. There was an A/C in the room, but no heat. So it was chilly in the morning and at night. Also, there was no major window in the room, but two small ones in the bathroom and near the door. So technically, there was no natural light in the room."

"Superb location in the heart of Valetta, and importantly, this is in a quiet residential side street so you're not affected by the noise and animation of Republic Street's restaurants and cafes. Staff are fabulous and buffet breakfast is great. No complaints and would recommend. Stayed here for 3 nights with my mother in 2 separate rooms. Room 205 is rather nicer than room 103 but both perfectly fine for a stay where most of the time you're out exploring. Take a swimming costume as there;s a small pool!"

"Perfect location to enjoy Valetta and to use as a base to explore other parts of Malta, including just a 10-15 minute walk to the ferry point we used to go to Gozo. The room was very clean and a comfortable bed. I would highlight the hotel proprieter Mark for his welcome and incredible local knowledge and willingness to make time for us in his busy schedle to help us make some local plans as it was our first visit to Malta. He even contacted a trusted Gozo based taxi and tour guide who met us upon our arrival at the island. There is a wealth of nearby restaurants caterering for all tastes, including some roof top eating places with great views. Some people have left reviews relating to the late night noise, but honestly with the window shut and AC on, we didn't notice a thing and for me it just added to the friendly vibe and buzz that is Valetta. A final shout out to Jason who is the local taxi and tour guide who sorted the airport run and spent a day with and was really friendly and crammed a lot in for us so that we didn't miss anything."

"Lovely stay as a solo female traveller. Great breakfast and perfect location. Only thing missing is access to a pool. My room had an interior courtyard view, but was lovely. Bathroom is a bit cramped but has all of the necessities. No compliants. Staff was excellent. "
