"Clean room but no water"

"Clean room and onsen. The location was nice and quiet. Good breakfast options. Also walking distance to a donki that's not extremely busy with tourists like the one in shibuya. The only caveat for me was they don't offer luggage delivery to my next destination but staff did instruct me to use the Lawson right next to the hotel to mail my luggage."

"All meals native cuisine, with minimal western choices, all though more eateries within the area, area safe with beautiful parks and cherry trees, but i feel more a business centre than a tourist area,but plenty local train stations and underground.could benifit from the Airport limosine bus."

"The Tokyo Dome Hotel is huge, and busy, but it never felt like too much. The room was spacious and beautiful and the staff at the hotel is perfection. They were all so incredibly kind and helpful - offering us umbrellas for the day when it rained etc. The breakfast buffet was stellar! They took care of our luggage forwarding to Kyoto so easily, too. Let me give you just one example of their extreme hospitality: the night we arrived, it was too late in the evening to go out to eat so we went up to the rooftop bar to have a drink or two and a handful of small bites. As always, they pull out and push in your chair when you arrive and sit...but at one point I rose to go use the "facilities' and when I returned, the waiter was right there to pull my chair out...BUT, when I sat down, my shirt brushed my napkin and chopsticks onto the floor (the waiter had walked away). By the time I bent over to pick them up, he was right beside me with a new napkin and pair of chopsticks. This hotel is great. You're not in any part of old town that feels like Japan (which is the only downside), but it is perfection as a hotel."

"The rooms are fine size, not super large like most US chains but perfect for just two of us. We got lucky and scored a high floor and the view was spectacular. This chain tops the list for efficient check in/check out. Great location."
