"We booked the hotel through Expedia for a cycle event in Wincanton. The location was perfect. Our room was huge and had an external door allowing access to the exterior. We ate in the restaurant and enjoyed the meal. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked too. All staff were pleasant and sociable to us. Would happily stay again."

"This was an emergency stop over for me as I needed a break and sleep. Mattress was not very comfortable at all the bedroom was tidy and clean. Breakfast choice was either McDonald’s or Costa heated sandwich …not exactly what I would class as a breakfast and being a motorway service station everything was excessively expensive as well. but as I said, this was an emergency night stay and it served its purpose perfectly for me."

"Parking was easy and secure not something you find that often so yes good. Staff was super happy,bar was great and well stocked being a pub owner myself it was lovely to see , definitely coming back "
