"The hosts were friendly and helpful. The drive up to the house was very rough so not good for our car. A sign on the road would also help as property was quite difficult to find. No locks on the doors was a little bit worrying with leaving valuables in our room. However a beautiful house. We were made very welcome and breakfast was good even though there was not a porridge option. We would stay again. "

"I was pleasantly suprise by the size and comfort of the rooms for the price, which although quite basic, were adequate for a short stay and great value. The staff were very welcoming and helped with our cases. It was a great location for walking to the shuttle bus. The downsides were the shared bathroom, steep stairs and no parking on site. "

"Lovely comfortable spacious cottage in a great location for making the most of the many local walks in the wonderful Dorset countryside. Good accessibility to the local beaches and other attractions in the area with the delightful Beaminster town centre only a short walk away from the cottage. The pretty garden was an unexpected bonus and perfect for relaxing in at the end of the day. We really enjoyed our stay and are keen to come back !"

"Very nice property and close to all the facilities, nice to be left milk, bread, jam and lots of other nice and essential stuff. The only thing we didn't like was the property itself is not very dog friendly, wasn't allowed to let him off the lead in the garden and the decking area was only about 5ft by 6ft, photos were a bit misleading and also the little walkway from back gate to property is pitch black after 9pm, so had to buy a torch to take the dog out."
